Overview
The Service Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining cleanliness in the food stall. This role ensures a positive and efficient experience for customers while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take food orders.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to stall menu.
- Ensure food presentation meets quality standards.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tables, and the food stall area.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
- Assist in setting up and closing the stall.
