Job Description

A service crew member is a front-line employee, typically in food, retail, or hospitality, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, taking orders, processing payments, and maintaining restaurant or store cleanliness. They work in fast-paced environments to ensure guest satisfaction, prepare food/drinks, and manage inventory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Welcoming customers, taking orders, and answering product or menu questions.
  • Order Fulfillment: Preparing food or beverages, operating cash registers/POS systems, and serving orders.
  • Maintenance: Cleaning and sanitizing dining areas, kitchens, and restrooms.
  • Operations: Restocking inventory and supporting team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Safety: Following food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
