What You'll Be Doing
- Communicate effectively with peer leadership for smooth handoff between shifts
- Perform survival walk of the department and shift-to-shift hand-off when the team leader or area leader is not present.
- Coordinate and drive actions and activities involving the monitoring and control of shrink and financial business outcomes within areas of responsibility. Proactively elevate concerns to leadership as they arise.
