Job Description
As Service Coordinator, you are the operational hub of our Aftermarket & Service team.
You ensure structured handling of incoming service requests, coordinate the right resources, keep customers informed, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You work closely with Service Engineers, KAMs, Project Managers, and Supply Chain — keeping everyone aligned and operations running smoothly.
Your main responsibilities

- Receive and manage incoming service requests from the service mailbox and customer channels
- Coordinate and assign service engineers for remote support and field service
- Ensure efficient planning and prioritization of service activities
Communication & follow-up
- Act as the primary coordinator for customer communication in ongoing service matters, ensuring clear follow-up and alignment across internal teams.
