Your role

As a Service Central Support Officer, you are the first point of contact for international (French-speaking) customers when a complex industrial installation experiences a breakdown, technical issue, or requires maintenance support.

Your role goes far beyond answering requests. You analyze, structure, and coordinate the full resolution process from start to finish.

You act as the key link between the customer and internal teams (service planning, field technicians, logistics...
