Responsibilities
Serve as the point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
Creating JIRA tickets for service, maintenance and equipment concern
Coordinate services and maintenance activities, resources, equipment and information
Coordinate with Managers, Engineers and clients to resolve AV service matters
Involvement in service-related documentation, plans and reports.
Requirements
Business Administration, IT or Engineering graduate
with 1 year of experience as Service Coordinator
Excellent Communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
