For our client, an international company based in Baden, we are looking for a motivated, results-oriented, and highly skilled Service Coordinator.
General Information
- Start: As soon as possible
- Duration: 3 months (with an option for extension)
- Workplace: Baden or Zuzwil
- Workload: 80% – 100%
- Remote/Home Office: Hybrid (with the option for up to 2 days per week remote work)
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Service Planning & Coordination: Plan, schedule, and coordinate service technicians across Switzerland, optimizing for availability, qualifications, proximity, and urgency.
- Order Management: Organize and manage service orders, including maintenance, repairs, and installations within the medium- and low-voltage sectors.
