Description and Requirements
The SMO (Services Management Office) Service Coordinator will support the Service Delivery Manager deliver an efficient service to Lenovo Device as a Service (DaaS) / Managed Services customers. This specific Service Coordinator we are looking for specific skills in finance and billing to support large accounts in timely and accurate billing across the support countries/geos.

We are seeking candidates with strong skills in these disciplines:
Billing & Financial Coordination
Coordinate and support end-to-end billing processes, including validation of charges, contract alignment, and service entitlements.
Review and reconcile complex invoices, ensuring accuracy across multiple services, rate structures, and billing cycles.
Partner closely with Finance, Billing Operations, and Contracts teams to resolve discrepancies and implement corrections.
