  • $17.00/hour Training Rate 

  • $15/unit 

    • The Early Intervention Service Coordinator establishes relationships with families of children aged birth to 3 years with developmental disabilities in order to create and sustain services identified through the development of an Individual Family Service Plan. This Service Coordinator schedules and conducts meetings, makes referrals, and provides advocacy and education for children and their families.

    Core Responsibilities

  • Provides initial and/or ongoing service coordination across Oneida County.

  • Ensures all services are established and maintained for the families.

  • Assures supports are in place inclusive of service provider and family contacts.

  • Collaborates with all service providers and establishes team communication plan.

  • Monitors goals on a continuing basis and quality of team interactions.
