Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly organised and motivated Service Coordinator to join their Service Division.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing a team of Field Service Engineers, coordinating planned maintenance visits, breakdown repairs and customer communication across an assigned geographical area.
This is a key role within the service team, helping to keep engineers organised, customers updated and service work running smoothly from start to finish.
The Role
As Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and managing the day to day schedules of Field Service Engineers, ensuring jobs are booked efficiently, urgent calls are prioritised and customers are kept informed throughout the process.
You will act as a central point of contact between customers, engineers, the Service Manager and internal departments, making sure service work is completed professionally and to a high standard.
