Job Description

The Service Coordinator will work closely with the Service Manager to oversee repair operations, support customer communication, manage repair schedules, and help ensure that all jobs are completed safely, correctly, and on time. This role is ideal for someone with mechanical knowledge and strong organizational and communication skills who is looking to grow in a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Service Manager with daily scheduling and coordination of repairs.
Communicate with customers to provide updates, answer questions, and relay service recommendations.
Help manage work orders, job tracking, and documentation of completed repairs.
Support technicians by ordering parts, reviewing job requirements, and resolving minor technical issues.
Monitor shop work flow to keep repairs on schedule and maintain productivity.
Assist with inventory tracking and parts management.
