Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of the lounge area daily (dust, dirt, and garbage).
  • Follow Open & Close procedures.
  • Greet customers professionally and courteously.
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting products.
  • Manage the payment counter, ensuring all transactions are accurate in the MRS system.
  • Handle daily cash, bank sales, and update sales in the group chat.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer needs.
  • Address customer complaints and provide product/service information.
  • Persuade and encourage customers to make purchases.
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks (selected branch only).
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Branch Manager.
