Our client is seeking a professional and client-focused Service Consultant to join their team on a 12-month maximum term contract, based in Osborne Park. Acting as the first point of contact for client enquiries
Managing calls and emails promptly and professionally
Providing clear guidance and support to clients on next steps
Coordinating service requests and follow-ups efficiently
Recording all client interactions accurately in internal systems
Escalating complex issues or complaints to senior staff when needed
Keeping clients updated on progress and outcomes
Processing invoices and administrative tasks accurately
Supporting the team with general office and organisational duties
