Service Campaign Manager

As the Service Campaign Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful rollout of proactive rework initiatives (referred to as 'campaigns'), for vehicles in the field.



Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed plans for vehicle retrofit campaigns.


• Create detailed campaign assessment documents to support senior management decision-making.


• Evaluate campaign necessity, considering safety risks, customer demand, cost, and other decision-making criteria.


• Calculate estimated costs for each campaign, including parts, labour, and associated expenses.


• Estimate campaign completion timelines, accounting for vehicle availability, labour capacity, and rework duration.


• Manage the campaign team, contractors, suppliers & related stakeholders to ensure field campaign work is carried out in the most cost and time efficient manner.
