  Job Scope 
 Operation Setting up of various functionsAssist to Operate air wallPreparing equipment for set upKnowing when, where, how what equipment are required for the jobComplete preparation work in accordance to departmental standards 
 Complete pre-function side work:
  Check quality and amount of all stock and supplies using par-checklistSet tables according to the SOP 
 Inspect the schedule function area/room for cleanliness, working condition and proper furniture/equipment set up; rectify any deficiencies with respective department
 Able to promote positive guest relations at all time
 Monitor and maintain cleanliness and working conditions of departmental equipment, supplies and work areas
