The Service Assistant position assists the server and bartender teams in providing guests with friendly and prompt service in order to create legendary experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Busses, cleans and sanitizes tables and chairs according to company standards
• Properly resets tables for future guests
• Maintains dining room and bar floor cleanliness throughout service
• Ensures FOH High Touchpoint cleaning is completed and documented according to company standards
• Scans tables during service and pre-busses tables of existing guests as necessary
• Assists in running food and drinks to guests’ tables, paying close attention to pivot points/seat numbers
• Removes dirty dishes from behind the bar...
