Service And Operations Coordinator

A client of ours in the Clacton-on-Sea area are recruiting a Service and Operations Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4.30pm and Friday 7:30am - 1:30pm. Paying £35,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key Duties

• Schedule and coordinate service engineers, including travel arrangements
• Sell contracts/service visits to maintain a full diary/schedule of works
• Support breakdown situations by coordinating engineers and liaising with the technical team
• Process spare parts enquiries, sales, ordering and shipping
• Prepare commercial invoices, customs paperwork and shipping documentation
• Coordinate machine commissioning, engineer visits and operator training
• Maintain sales/enquiry records and support monthly reporting
• Work closely with workshop and operations teams to track machine completion schedules
