Qualifications:• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience REQUIRED• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume service department• A true team player committed to delivering exceptional customer service• Basic mechanical understanding of automobiles• Prior Ford experience is a plus, but not required
