HOURS: Mon - Fri - 8am to 5.30pm -

An urgent requirement for a Service Advisor to join a busy, customer-focused environment. This role requires strong communication skills, organisation, and a warm, welcoming approach.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and check in customers, booking in vehicles
Explain works required and obtain signed authorisation via job cards
Some invoice work
Calling recent purchase customers, provide regular service updates to customers
Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries
Complete admin tasks and update systems (e.g. Kerridge)
Maintain a welcoming front desk, offering refreshments
Key Skills & Attributes
Customer-facing experience (Service Advisor experience desirable)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident managing calls and face-to-face interactions
