Plant Machinery Service Advisor Opportunity in Gloucester
Salary: £32,000 basic salary with a performance-related bonus providing on-target earnings of £35,000 per annum. Hours: 42.5-hour week. Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm. Reporting to the Service Manager and working as part of a friendly team, as a Service Advisor, your key duties shall include:
Dealing with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction. Utilise workshop loading and ensure it is up to date. Regularly and proactively keep customers up to date with progress on their vehicle
