Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Technology (Major in Automotive), or any related course.
At least 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or repair shop.
Knowledgeable in automotive repair, maintenance, and vehicle diagnostics.
Able to prepare repair orders, cost estimates, and service documentation.
