Key Responsibilities: Book in customer vehicles for servicing and repairs Prepare job cards, quotations, and invoices Coordinate workshop bookings and monitor work in progress Liaise with customers and technicians throughout the repair process Upsell additional repairs and maintenance where required Process warranty and maintenance plan claims Ensure accurate administration and deliver exceptional customer service to maintain high CSI standards
