Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Server Infrastructure Administrator to support the technology initiatives of the IT Infrastructure team at Keywords. The administrator will be responsible for follow-the-sun delivery and support of related services, managing both Windows and Linux server environments, and cooperating with other infrastructure teams for resolution.
What You Will Do
Ensure that all escalated incidents are handled within SLAs, manage problem resolution with third-party vendors, and participate in Problem management processes. Provide operational administration for highly available server landscapes, including storage servers and server hardware lifecycle management.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Strong technical background with 4+ years' experience in Server Infrastructure administration (Windows and Linux), very strong technical knowledge of the Microsoft Stack, and solid understanding of Linux server administration.
