To succeed in this role, you will need to have a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure with others. Previous work experience involving customer service in a fast-paced environment is greatly desired. We pride ourselves on cross-training all service employees in the following roles: serving, bartending, and beverage cart.
Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
• Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions.
• Ensure customers are enjoying their experience and take corrective action when necessary.
• Proper cash handling.
• Adhere to all food service sanitation and health code guidelines.
• Adhere to proper hygiene practices, including arriving in a clean uniform for every shift.
