An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Impairment Specialist to join our Impairment Benefits Team within the workers compensation / insurance space.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end impairment assessments, primarily supporting Second Entitlement Period (130-week) reviews, while also providing broader support across impairment benefit claims as required.
You’ll work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and partner closely with tail-end claims teams to ensure the delivery of timely, accurate, and high-quality outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end impairment assessments across a portfolio of claims
Support 130-week (Second Entitlement Period) reviews
Provide guidance and support on impairment benefit claims
