**Overview**
**Microsoft Advertising** is hiring two Product Managers to shape the next generation of advertiser intelligence experiences — one focused on Diagnostics and one focused on Keywords. Both roles sit at the intersection of AI, product strategy, and advertiser success, and **we are hiring for Senior or Principal Product Managers.**
**Diagnostics:** In this role, you will lead the next generation of Diagnostics Experiences, transforming diagnostics from static issue reporting into intelligent, action-oriented experiences that help advertisers understand, prioritize, and resolve performance issues with confidence. You will go deep to diagnose the root causes of campaign issues, decide which checks matter, and define how each is best solved — through a heuristic or an agentic, AI-powered workflow — and own where and how diagnostics surface across the advertiser’s journey, including UI, agentic tools, and MCP integrations.
