Senior WFM Architect - Async Ops, Remote, Equity

Félix is seeking its first Senior Workforce Manager to treat WFM as a strategic function. You will own the forecasting, staffing, and real-time adherence for a fast-growing remittance business operating across channels and corridors.

You will partner with the COO and Finance to translate capacity plans into quarterly headcount and spend, defend your models, and drive efficiency in a remote-friendly hybrid environment with opportunities for growth.
