Senior Wet Process Engineer - DoE, CIP & FMEA Expert

ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors in Kulim, Kedah seeks a Wetchem specialist to meet KPIs and drive quality improvements in the wet chemistry area. You will lead process window studies, implement DoE approaches, and participate in CIP projects while ensuring Cleanroom and safety protocol compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in Wetchem, leadership of technicians, and strong knowledge of FMEA, DOE, 8D, SPC, and FDC, with bilingual English/Malay proficiency.
