Seeking a Senior Water Resources Engineer to lead hydraulic design, manage teams, and drive business development within a growing transportation-focused practice.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a seller-doer, developing new and existing client relationshipsLead hydraulic design for stream crossings, drainage, and erosion controlManage hydrologic & hydraulic modeling (HEC-RAS) for bridges and culvertsOversee preparation of MOA, CLOMR, and LOMR submittalsManage team workload, schedules, and staff developmentLead project scoping, fee development, and contract negotiationsSupport proposals, marketing efforts, and public presentationsProvide QA/QC oversight and mentor junior staff Qualifications
