Responsibilities
- Daily operation management
- Oversee warehouse activities to ensure smooth daily warehouse operations.
- Allocate manpower and monitor productivity levels throughout the shift.
- Ensure necessary picking are planned and prepared according to dashboard.
- Safety, Compliance & Housekeeping
- Ensure all safety protocols and WI are followed strictly.
- In charge of 5S/6S for the warehouse.
- Staff Management
- Provide On-Job‑Training and performance feedback.
- Gather feedback from ground staff while reporting to executive/manager.
- Stand in as operators/admin when shorthanded.
- Customer Management
- Liaise with customers on exception and special handling requests.
- Equipment & Asset Management
- Monitor usage and condition of MHE.
