Job Description
Role purpose
Senior engineering lead for the Avaya to Teams Phone migration — tenant configuration, lab SBC build, third-party integrations and pilot execution.
Key responsibilities- Configure Teams tenant for voice — policies, dial plans, routing.
- Build lab SBC for Direct Routing validation; execute ATPs.
- Coordinate the AudioCodes SBC rack/stack/patch/onboard across 11 sites (with Park Place partner).
- Lead the Singapore Pilot site cutover and subsequent waves.
- 5+ years hands-on Teams Phone / Direct Routing engineering.
- AudioCodes SBC operational experience.
- Demonstrable delivery experience in a regulated industry — financial services, government, pharmaceuticals, energy or similar — including familiarity with change control, audit and compliance constraints.
