Job Description:
• Oversees overall Visual Merchandising for offline retail stores, allocate resource to support critical business partners and landlord.
• Management on VM guidelines and communicate consistent merchandising direction on brand standards.
• Plan and lead VM execution for new store opening, new product launches and campaign rollouts across direct retail and 3rd party stores.
• Oversee end-to-end VM execution in stores, including product displays, fixtures, and window setups to ensure consistency and excellence across all retail channels.
• Partner closely with cross functional teams (such as global counterparts, design team, marketing, retail operations, supply chain and store) to ensure smooth implementation
• Allocate budget resources to support channel business priorities, develop and monitor budget plan and forecast.
