Senior Vision-Language Robotics AI Engineer

Datamentors is building the learning brain for its robots. We seek a senior ML engineer to own end-to-end development of Vision-Language-Action models, video models, and real-time perception for manipulation and mobility.

You will train and fine-tune VLA models, build video-prediction pipelines, and work hands-on with the robot fleet. Madeira or Lisbon relocation is supported; equity and conference budget included.
