As a Senior Vendor Manager, you will manage the relationship with the main strategic Vendors in Deliveroo HOP for the UAE, including being the daily contact between them and Deliveroo, communicating their needs to our teams, helping grow their business on Deliveroo and developing the ‘the best’ value proposition for our customers. You will be based in our Dubai office (DIFC), where we operate on a hybrid model (three days a week working in the office), and this role will report to Director, Deliveroo Hop.
What you’ll be responsible for
Guide commercial negotiations with our vendors
Improve “brilliant basics” on a daily basis with the partner to maximise the customer experience
Monitor and analyse the performance of the partner’s operational metrics and lead operational performance routines with the partner, including weekly operational reviews
