Senior UX Designer - Concept & Innovation

AlphaESS is a global energy storage solutions provider, with core business covering residential and small commercial & industrial (C&I) energy storage systems.

Our cloud platform serves as the central software layer connecting devices, users, installers, operations teams, and regional businesses.

To support long‑term design quality and innovation, we are establishing a Senior UX Designer position in Singapore. This role will focus on forward‑looking design exploration and concept design for major modules, collaborating with the China‑based R&D team to drive designs from concept to production.

• Conduct experimental and exploratory concept design beyond current feature iterations.
• Explore future product forms, interaction patterns, and UX directions for the cloud platform.
• Validate new design concepts through prototypes.
