About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior US Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in US bookkeeping,
financial reporting, QuickBooks Online (QBO), and FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis).
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, Cash Flow Statements, and Financial Metrics
* Generate monthly reports, KPIs, ratios, forecasting, and financial analysis
* Assist clients with month-end and year-end closing activities
* Conduct monthly financial statement reviews to identify discrepancies, reconciliation issues, payroll mapping errors, and returned payments
* Support client leadership teams including CFOs, CEOs, and Accounting Managers with accounting and finance-related tasks
