About the Role

We are partnering with a leading Lloyd’s of London market insurer to hire a Senior Underwriting Operations Specialist within their FinPro division. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Underwriting Assistant (or similar) looking to step into a broader, more strategic role. You’ll act as a key link between underwriting and operations, ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of complex risks while driving improvements across processes, data quality, and reporting. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you’ll also take ownership of projects, support team development, and deputise where required — offering real visibility and progression potential.
