Job Title: Senior Underwriter – Residential Mortgage.
Location: Pune & Mumbai (Work from Office – Night Shift aligned with US hours)

Key Responsibilities
:Review and verify all loan applications and supporting documents
.Analyze credit, income, and asset documentation including 1040s, K1s, bank statements, and other financial records
.Identify risks and inconsistencies within mortgage loan files
.Perform both AUS (DU, LP) and manual underwriting
.Run and analyze fraud detection reports (Fraud Guard, Fraud Manager, DRIVE)
.Ensure compliance with agency guidelines (FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC, USDA)
.Apply internal credit policies, TRID, and mortgage regulatory standards
.Accurately document underwriting decisions and communicate conditions or declinations
.Maintain high-quality output with minimal supervision under strict timelines
