Senior Underground Maintenance Trainer

The Senior Underground Maintenance Trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, and sustaining technical training and safety programs for underground mobile and fixed equipment maintenance teams. This role ensures craftsmen, technicians, and contractors are qualified to diagnose, repair, and return equipment to service safely and efficiently, in full compliance with regulatory requirements and site standards. The trainer partners with Maintenance, Safety, and Operations to reduce equipment downtime, improve PM compliance, and drive a proactive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Training and Document Writing (75%)

• Conduct training needs analysis; design competency‑based training paths for mechanics, electricians, and planners.
