Senior Transformation & Process Improvement Lead

PepsiCo is seeking a Transformation Sr Supervisor to drive continuous improvement across the Transformation Organization. You will provide process design SME support and collaborate with Process Owners, Project Managers, Design Leads and SMEs to create and improve business processes.

As Transformation Sr Supervisor, you will contribute end-to-end process design aligned to the Enterprise Process Model (EPM) and maintain the LatAm PepsiCo Process Taxonomy.
