Senior Trader

Job Descriptions:

1. Portfolio Management & Long-Term Trading

• Long-Term Portfolio Structuring: Establish and manage the long-term LNG trading portfolio and commercial structures for contracts with a duration of 3+ years.
• Out-Out Trading Expansion: Execute LNG trading activities with a primary focus on expanding global 'Out-Out' trading (buying and selling outside of Thailand) to maximize profit for the PTT Group.

2. Contract Negotiation & Commercial Structuring

• Core Agreement Management: Negotiate, draft, amend, and finalize Medium-to-Long-Term LNG Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs).
• Value-Chain Infrastructure Agreements: Analyze and negotiate key third-party infrastructure contracts-including Regasification Terminal Usage, Liquefaction Tolling, and Storage Fee Agreements-to optimize costs and enhance portfolio competitiveness.
