Senior Thermal Engineer - Lead Sustainable AI Cooling & CFD

Firmus Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Thermal Engineer to lead thermal design and optimization for our AI Factory infrastructure in Singapore. You will work with an advanced AI cluster using A100/A400 GPUs and run high-fidelity CFD simulations and experimental validation.

The role requires leadership across cross-functional teams, development of predictive thermal models, and the pursuit of sustainable, cost-efficient cooling solutions for 100 kW per rack densities.
