Test Resident Engineer is responsible for supporting Manufacturing Test Release of New Product and production sustaining. He/she will be in charge of deploying new product into supplier manufacturing plant, sustaining production, monitoring and improving test operational performance (yield, OEE, EQC failure), managing process improvement, and supporting quality issue resolution and regular audits in test supplier sites. Successful candidate will also support projects driven by business needs.Specific ResponsibilitiesSupport business units on product manufacturing test release, including wafer probe / packaged test / module test, and start‑up activities (qualification, validation, and production ramp), achieve engineering / operation / capacity KPI.
