Senior Test Engineer & Team Mentor

Jabil in Penang seeks Direct Test Engineers I & II to design, develop and maintain test procedures, tester hardware and software for electronic circuit board production.

You will recruit and interview engineers, coach them through hiring processes, and monitor turnover while driving improvements in quality and cost. A BS in Electronics or EE with 5–10 years' experience is required. Jabil is an equal opportunity employer.
