Senior Test Engineer & Team Lead – Electronics

Plasticos Castella SA in Mexico seeks a hands-on Lead Test Engineer to supervise Test Engineers I & II and drive testing excellence in electronic circuit board production. You will design and maintain test procedures, tester hardware, and software.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with 5–10 years of experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to coach teams to meet quality and delivery goals.
