Job Description
- Monitor tendering platforms (such as Gebiz, SRM, Sesami) for targeted tenders and/ or new opportunities.
- Process tender documents, highlight specifications require for tender submission, and request information from other departments (eg, Safety/ Accounts/ Finance/ Project) to do reports.
- Attend tender briefing or site show round.
- Source for equipment quotations and subcontractors.
- Perform take-off quantities.
- Review supplier's quotations to ensure compliance with project specifications and tender requirements.
- Review subcontractor's quotations to ensure the scope for works is fully covered.
- Compile quotations and create a summary table/ spreadsheet.
- Present costing reports to the management.
- Perform technical write-up and prepare preliminary construction programs.
