Key Responsibilities  
Team Leadership   
Lead and coordinate teleoperations teams across multiple shifts 
Manage daily staffing and operational coverage 
Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of new operators 
Promote compliance with safety and operational procedures 
Operations Management   
Monitor operational KPIs and productivity metrics 
Ensure delivery against quality and performance targets 
Coordinate robot deployment schedules and operational readiness 
Manage incident escalation and resolution processes 
Stakeholder Coordination   
Serve as the primary operational contact for internal and external stakeholders 
Collaborate with engineering, product, and project management teams
