Senior Technician - Facilities Maintenance

The Senior Technician – Facilities Maintenance oversees daily plant facility operations, asset upkeep and also to monitor, analyze and report on performance and resource efficiency while leading continuous improvement for facilities.

• Perform daily operation and sustenance of plant facilities
• Monitor and follow up operation and maintenance program
• Troubleshoot and restore the plant facilities
• Carry out the work on building and leasehold maintenance and plant facilities
• Monitor, collect data, analyse, and report on plant facilities’ system performance, resource efficiency, abnormalities, and breakdowns
• Coordinate and support the needs of the office, production and hook up of production tools
• Attend emergency recall during non-office hours
• Carry out continuous improvement projects for facilities
• Supervise contractors and enforce safety and housekeeping protocols
