Senior Technical Writer

MISSION

The Senior Technical Writer is primarily responsible for the technical communication of the OSI products. Secondarily, the Senior Technical Writer is responsible for assisting various departments with their documentation needs and in‑house support and training for Microsoft Office products.

The Senior Technical Writer follows industry standard technical publication processes and style guides. To succeed, the Senior Technical Writer must have a strong attention to detail, a keen eye for formatting and usage of graphics, a commitment to quality, and the ability to collaborate with a diverse group of professionals to produce high‑quality end‑user and internal publications. The Senior Technical Writer should also exhibit leadership, organizational skills and stakeholder management skills.
