Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for a Senior Technical Support for their Mclean, VA location. Responsibilities:
+ The IT Asset Management Technician is responsible for the deployment, inventory management, and lifecycle support of company-issued laptops.
+ This role ensures associates receive properly configured equipment in a timely manner while maintaining accurate inventory records and preparing returned devices for redeployment.
+ Prepare, package and ship Windows and Mac laptops for new hires and existing associates.
+ Maintain accurate inventory records of all IT assets using asset management systems.
+ Receive, inspect, and process returned laptops.
+ Reimage and reconfigure returned devices according to company standards for redeployment.
+ Hand-deliver laptops to on-site associates
+ Perform routine inventory audits to ensure asset accuracy and compliance.
